Day 105

Did my mat work and 1,000 skips on the rope for my cardio so my streak continues. Had something happen for the third time in the last two weeks that was kind of weird though - forgot to eat a meal.  So far I have had one instance where I forgot to eat lunch and another two where I forgot to eat dinner.  Just got busy and never noticed.

I am not all that happy about this, I end up making mediocre food decisions as a result (although nowhere near as bad as I used to).  Last night right before going to bed I had a chicken breast that had been cooked earlier in the day, a glass of milk and 250 mls of yogurt; that seemed to be an appropriate enough meal at 11:40 at night, filled me up and didn't weigh me down.  But I need to be a bit more systematic about eating, my body isn't telling me that it is meal time as loudly as it used to (other than breakfast, that call comes in loud and clear).

You're rocking the rope, good for you man it will really pay off. Your stomach is running so lean now that it can be easy to miss a meal from time to time. As you said it always results in poorer food choices later on in the day. I have an alert on my computer for morning snack because I sometimes forget that one when I'm working hard.

So as I have whined about incessantly, I travel a lot for work which means that I am subject to the volatile gods of restaurant food. Now.....I think I am doing OK with this - I just had a nice vegetable curry and threw out about half of it and I feel nicely full - but the scale tomorrow morning will be the judge of that. But one area of the diet where I am struggling on a regular basis is the egg requirement. I am being asked to have one whole egg with breakfast and one egg w
