Day 113

Another good day.  Did 1,000 skips in 12:30 (I am doing sets of 150 with 15 breaths in between but now I am timing myself to try and improve on that).  I then did my mat work and did a good job eating throughout the day.

This morning my muscles are again tired but not sore, which feels really good; no sign of the tendinitis at all.

So as I have whined about incessantly, I travel a lot for work which means that I am subject to the volatile gods of restaurant food. Now.....I think I am doing OK with this - I just had a nice vegetable curry and threw out about half of it and I feel nicely full - but the scale tomorrow morning will be the judge of that.
