Day 114 - Ugh

Sometimes plans go awry.  Today rain caused the destruction of the day.

I went out to lunch today with a bunch of folks from our Global Leadership Team at a fantastic steak place in the City and while I knew I was going to go a little off plan the plan was to be pretty close.  I did well too.....until the rains came.  We had all walked the 1/2 mile to the restaurant and a collosal torrent came in, drenching the city.  So instead of heading back we decided to hold an impromptu meeting - complete with beers and wine - at the restaurant.  4 beers and a glass of wine later I went home at the end of the day with a plan of working out in the evening.

Unfortunately the storms continued and became a thunderstorm so it just wasn't possible to go out and do my rope work.

I have a run tomorrow as part of the Chase Corporate Challenge so I decided to take a rest day if I couldn't do a full workout.

But one area of the diet where I am struggling on a regular basis is the egg requirement. I am being asked to have one whole egg with breakfast and one egg w
