Day 95 - Continuing to hammer

So yesterday was another day of household projects which has definitely been putting a decent amount of stress on my body.  Even though I am not doing any mat work as I get through the illness and this week my upper body has been tired from lifting and carrying all kinds of junk - we have cleared a 20 cubic yard dumpster's worth of crap out of our house and garage........12 years of living in the same place will definitely do that to you.- but overall I feel pretty good; still congested but the sinus infection seems to be on its last legs.

Yesterday I ran 4 miles in 38 minutes and then walked to recuperate for the final two minutes to hit the number.  Today we are wrapping up our cleaning and getting ready for the holiday weekend here in the US.  I will definitely be eating off plan and probably having a few beers over the course of the weekend, but I have been very good about the diet this week so I feel like I am in a pretty good place.

But one area of the diet where I am struggling on a regular basis is the egg requirement. I am being asked to have one whole egg with breakfast and one egg w
