Days 106 and 107

Day 106 broke the streak.  I ended up working a ton and having a bunch of things to do when I got home unfortunately.  So sadly my consecutive days streak has to start over again; oddly enough I hurt more after the day off than I did in any day during the streak, which is interesting.

Day 107 however I got back in the saddle.  I am up in Canada and after work I knocked out a set of mat work, then went to the gym for a great run - 35 minutes, 3.74miles - and then knocked out a second set of mat work to make up for the prior day.  I know about the ATM and how we shouldn't pay back, but I had a ton of energy and I really was driven.  It felt great.  I sat in the steam room and the sauna afterwards and just felt awesome. 

I did well on diet too except with the Celtics game coming down to the wire I ended up having to drink 3 light beers at a bar so that I could watch the end of the game.  Totally worth it from a Celtics perspective but if I could have just drank water I would have felt like I had had the best day I have had on the program.  Still, a good day.

So as I have whined about incessantly, I travel a lot for work which means that I am subject to the volatile gods of restaurant food. Now.....I think I am doing OK with this - I just had a nice vegetable curry and threw out about half of it and I feel nicely full - but the scale tomorrow morning will be the judge of that.
